What I build

Qingping / Champ is an AI Systems Engineer and Indie Builder. I turn complex, creative ideas into systems people can understand, use, and trust.

Building capable, engaging, useful agent systems—and more natural human-agent collaboration.

From databases and retrieval to agents, one thread runs through my work: making complex systems understandable, useful, and trustworthy.

Tools for turning ideas into reality

The tools on Champ's desk include Codex, Oh My Pi, Orca, DeepSeek Harness, Cursor, Claude Code.

I use these tools to learn quickly and turn creative ideas into working projects.

Learning quickly and realizing creative ideas is his confirmed reason for using this toolset. He has not published a ranking or assigned a separate fixed role to each tool.

Away from the keyboard

Away from building software, Champ enjoys growing flowers and plants, keeps coffee close at hand, listens to music while coding, plays badminton, and uses Brawl Stars for a quick reset. He also looks forward to exploring somewhere far away.

Champ shared a set of gardening photos for this site. The selected images show an orange flower close-up and yellow blooms by a window, offering a small glimpse of his interest in growing plants.
